Liberman Media Group, LLC is looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist for Guaynabo Puerto Rico TV Station.
Key Responsibilities – An HR generalist plays an integral role in this organization, acting as a liaison between employees and management. This includes completing a wide range of HR tasks, from administrative duties to employee support. Is usually involved in hiring and on boarding new employees, processing employees’ questions and issues regarding policies, developing and initiating HR policies, and contributing to the overall support and assurance of job satisfaction for employees and the organization. A strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by keeping current on all policy changes and best practices.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good Leadership and communication skills both in Spanish and English
- Human resources information system (HRIS) and payroll software- ADP
- Benefits administration including invoices
- Pro-Active attitude
- Customer service friendly
- Quick learner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and attention to details
- Bilingual (English and Spanish spoken and written)
- Understanding Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PPT) and Outlook
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields. At least two (2) years in a similar role, preferably within a union environment.
